Role We are looking for a Product Support Engineer II based in Bangalore, reporting to the Sr Manager, Product Support within the GCS department. You will become the 'go-to' person for consulting with enterprise customers and making your mark on the product roadmap at the forefront of the world's cloud security leader. You will join a team of innovation champions with a shared vision for the limitless possibilities of cloud security and business enablement
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Provide second-line support to debug complex security/network issues and assist customers with testing and troubleshooting alongside Engineering

Analyze customer use-cases to provide critical input on product and code changes throughout the entire product cycle

Create accurate entries in the technical support database to document incident resolutions, focusing on novel solutions not found in the existing knowledge base

Assisting in the creation of training programs and fostering a collaborative team environment by supporting the professional growth of your colleagues

Mentor other engineers on advanced troubleshooting, debugging, and high-level case management skills

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

At least 6 + years of professional experience and a deep understanding of HTTP and TCP/IP

Practical experience with network transformation technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN, or WAN Optimization

Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting packet captures to diagnose network issues

Proven troubleshooting knowledge combined with hands-on design and implementation experience
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Professional background in Internet and Security technologies including SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, and VPNs

Active vendor certification such as CCNA or an equivalent industry credential

Comprehensive knowledge of web security, network infrastructure, proxies, and NGFW
