The Epic Cogito Associate Manager will design, develop, and maintain analytics and reporting solutions within the Epic Cogito suite to support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. The role translates data needs into dashboards, reports, and insights using Epic reporting and data warehouse tools (Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, Radar, SlicerDicer) in collaboration with business stakeholders. Responsibilities include building SQL queries and ETL logic for Caboodle, creating executive dashboards and KPI scorecards, ensuring data quality and governance, optimizing performance, supporting upgrades, and providing end-user training and documentation. This role requires PST availability and collaboration with Epic application teams and data architects.

Job Description:
The Epic Cogito is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining analytics and reporting solutions within the Epic Cogito suite to support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. This role partners with business stakeholders to translate data needs into actionable dashboards, reports, and insights using Epic’s reporting and data warehouse tools.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models using Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, Radar, and SlicerDicer
Gather and analyze reporting requirements from clinical, operational, and revenue cycle stakeholders
Develop SQL queries and ETL logic to transform and load data into Caboodle
Create executive dashboards and KPI scorecards for performance monitoring
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting solutions
Optimize report performance and troubleshoot data issues
Support upgrades, enhancements, and Epic release changes
Provide end-user training and documentation for reporting tools
Collaborate with Epic application teams and data architects for integrated solutions
Required to work in PST
