Take a lead role in designing and delivering infrastructure and capital projects for airports and ANS. You’ll drive process improvements across airside and terminal operations, analyze aviation data, and monitor flight activities using systems like Aerobahn. You’ll develop gated schedules, optimize gate/counter allocations for common-use facilities, and lead studies to boost operational efficiency, capacity, and reduce delays, with a flexible work location.
THE WORK:
- You'll drive process improvements by partnering with operational units to identify and document inefficiencies across airside and terminal operations.
- You'll collect and analyze aviation operational data, including historic and future flight schedules.
- You'll monitor airfield and gate activity using Aerobahn and other operational tracking systems.
- You'll assess TSA, CBP, staffing levels, equipment utilization, baggage handling, and space occupancy data.
- You'll develop gated flight schedules for upcoming seasons.
- You'll establish baseline gate and counter allocations for common-use facilities.
- You'll lead and review studies to enhance operational efficiency, expand capacity, and reduce delays.
- You'll evaluate operational impacts stemming from construction, policy, safety, or technical changes.
- You'll perform simulation and modeling analyses using CAST Gate/Stand Allocation and Simio tools.
- You'll conduct gate utilization and passenger queueing analyses and review third-party modeling methodologies and assumptions.
- You'll perform field observations to validate data and better understand airport operations.
- You'll review massing studies, stacking plans, and conceptual layouts, providing operationally focused recommendations and improvement sketches.
- You'll coordinate with commercial, operations, and maintenance stakeholders while preparing reports and presentations for airport management.
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
