Oracle Cloud Data Conversion Lead will design, develop, and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. You will lead the design and implementation of data pipelines and ETL processes, ensuring data quality and reliability across systems. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage your team to perform effectively, contributing to key architectural and deployment decisions. This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, requiring three days per week in the office.

The work:
As a Data Conversion Lead, you will design, develop, and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. You will lead the creation of data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage your team to perform effectively, and contribute to key decisions.

- Monitor and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
