Join Adobe's Enterprise Analytics team to drive strategic, large-scale marketing analytics initiatives. In the Enterprise Analytics team, we are tasked with discovering and communicating insights to our business partners by stitching together data to tell a cohesive story. We are passionate about diving deep into data and building reporting solutions to help our partners scale efficiently. This role will be driving strategic program management of large-scale analytical initiatives
What you'll Do
- Lead program management for global enterprise marketing analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment across strategy, data, engineering, and marketing teams
- Coordinate and drive the operating rhythm for target setting and fiscal planning to ensure milestones, inputs, and cross-functional dependencies remain on track
- Own the integrated analytics roadmap and prioritization, managing sequencing and alignment with BI/data engineering teams
- Translate ambiguous business needs into structured plans, requirements and workstreams that enable clear execution
- Manage program communications, enablement, and intake for all strategic initiatives within the analytics organization
What You Need to Succeed
- 7-10 years of project or program management experience, including work with marketing analytics, BI, data engineering, or measurement teams
- Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional programs involving marketing, data, and finance partners
- Experience supporting strategic planning, OKRs, fiscal planning cycles, and roadmap development in an enterprise environment
- Degree in marketing or other business disciplines
- Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimal direction

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,400 -- $226,550 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $156,500 - $226,550At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
