Senior data platform engineering role focused on designing and delivering large-scale data-driven systems for Adobe's AdCloud. You will design, build, and deploy high-quality data products, driving innovation to improve robustness and ease of use. This role requires articulating design and code choices to cross-functional teams, reviewing features, architecture, estimates, and test strategies, and collaborating with other teams to achieve common goals. 8+ years of experience and hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Druid, Cassandra/HBase/Aerospike, and both NoSQL and RDBMS systems are expected.

What you will need to succeed
8+ years in design and development of large-scale data-driven systems
Work experience on open-source technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop Stack, Kafka, Druid, etc.
Work experience with NoSQL (Cassandra/HBase/Aerospike) and RDBMS systems
Great problem-solving, coding (in Java/Scala, etc.) and system design skills
Proficiency in data structures and algorithms
Cost consciousness around computation and memory requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
BTech/M.Tech/MS in Computer Science
AdTech Product Engineering Experience is preferred
What you'll do
Participation in technical design along with implementation strategy for major systems & components of AdCloud
Design, build and deploy the products with very high quality
Bring more innovation in the current system to bring more robustness, ease and convenience
Ability to articulate the design and code choices to cross-functional teams
Reviewing and providing feedback on features, technology, architecture, design, time & budget estimates, and test strategies
Collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals
