The Hardware Service Asset & Configuration Management Analyst oversees asset lifecycle processes, audits, lease return management, and stockroom access across domestic and international locations. As a ServiceNow subject matter expert, the role collaborates cross-functionally to maintain data integrity and process consistency while supporting warehouse operations as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Wayne, PA with a five‑days‑a‑week office schedule and occasional after-hours support for international locations.

The Hardware Service Asset & Configuration Management Analyst oversees key operational audits, asset lifecycle processes, and compliance reviews across all domestic and international locations. This role ensures accuracy and accountability in asset tracking, lease return management, and stockroom access while supporting warehouse functions as needed. Additionally, in this position as a ServiceNow subject matter expert, you will collaborate cross‑functionally to maintain data integrity and process consistency. Occasionally work outside of normal business hours to support international locations.

Note:

This role is designed as a full‑time, on‑site position and requires presence in the office five days per week. While the role maintains a standard in‑office schedule, limited flexibility may be provided based on business needs and manager approval.

Core Responsibilities

Audit Processes

  • Manage and execute help desk and stockroom audits across domestic and international sites.
  • Hold sites accountable for timely audit completion and discrepancy resolution.
  • Reconcile audit results and report findings and corrective

Monthly Lease Return Management

  • Compile monthly lease return lists, ensuring all eligible devices are included.
  • Prepare return files for submission to vendor.
  • Scan applicable devices into appropriate ServiceNow asset category.
  • Use filters to validate device eligibility and ensure accurate returns.
  • Release Apple products from the environment using ABM.
  • Close out all required ServiceNow asset tasks prior to shipment.

Quarterly Stockroom Access Review

  • Conduct quarterly reviews of stockroom access.
  • Identify required access additions or removals.
  • Partner with Vanguard Global Security to resolve any issues or exceptions.
  • Process physical restricted security access removal requests in the designated system.

Warehouse Support

  • Provide hands-on warehouse assistance when needed.
  • Occasionally manage incoming deliveries and shipments.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds.
  • Occasionally manage incoming deliveries or shipments.
  • May be required to utilize pallet jacks to move equipment safely. Training provided.
  • Complete Material Transport Requests and related tasks in warehouse associate's

Asset Lifecycle Management

  • Track assets throughout the procurement, deployment, refresh, and disposal lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate asset records, including lease dates, location, ownership, and status.
  • Manage asset intake and retirement procedures.

ServiceNow (SNOW) Subject Matter Expert

  • Validate ServiceNow changes across all regions through multi‑layer testing.
  • Support Torpedo/Harpoon processes and related workflows.
  • Create reports and update dashboards

Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Foundational experience using Power BI, including building basic reports, dashboards, or visualizations.
  • Interest in or exposure to data analytics, including interpreting datasets, identifying simple trends, or supporting data‑driven decision‑making, strict adherence to processes.
  • Ability to learn and apply reporting or analytical tools in support of operational and audit‑related workflow.
  • Willingness to learn how to write process and procedures.
