  • 4 years of experience in business intelligence or data/product analytics.
  • 4 years of experience in SQL and data visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Python for data manipulation, scripting, or automation.
  • Experience applying Machine Learning (ML) or AI concepts to business.
  • Experience working directly with external clients/internal stakeholders, translating complex metrics into actionable business recommendations.

About the job

Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of BizOps work in small teams to find solutions. As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations.

The EMEA Publisher Intelligence team supports this crucial business by serving as "space mission control," converting complex data into clear, actionable insights for effective decision-making.

We are passionate about utilizing AI efficiency, leveraging tools like Gemini (APIs), AI in Colab, and SQL Miner for faster querying and visualization to maximize time spent on strategic projects. We constantly advance our knowledge of the digital ads industry and invest in continuous improvement, aiming to move from reactive support to proactive consultation by becoming closer to the business. Join to be a valued, trusted partner committed to investigative craft, operational excellence (building reliable reporting and data infrastructure), and a culture of continuous learning and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

As a Publisher Intelligence Analyst, you will be a strategic partner in a lean team, delivering deep analysis and business insights that directly influence sales leaders and drive significant business growth. In this role, you will be challenged to solve complex problems and deliver high-visibility results in a critical regional market.
