Join the Forecasting Planning & Research team within Trust Operations as a Business Intelligence Engineer I. Build and scale the forecasting platform that powers operational planning, design and develop data pipelines, and deploy ML model frameworks. Create AI-powered tools including chatbots, web applications, and automation to reduce time to forecast and improve operational efficiency. As a Business Intelligence Engineer in the Forecasting Planning & Research (FPR) team within Trusted Shopping Experience (TSE) Operations, you will be responsible for building and scaling the forecasting platform that powers operational planning across the organization. You will design and develop data pipelines, implement ML model deployment frameworks, and create AI-powered tools including chatbots, web applications, and automation solutions that reduce time to forecast and improve operational efficiency.
You will collaborate with Data Scientists, Analytics teams, and cross-functional partners to productionalize forecasting models, implement event-driven architectures, and build monitoring systems that detect forecast deviations early. You should be proficient in working with Redshift, AWS S3/Glue, SageMaker and Quick Suite to answer high-impact business questions and proactively present insights through dashboards and automated reports.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
- Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree, or Advanced technical degree- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
