Design, develop, and maintain analytical dashboards and reporting solutions to support Amazon's Corporate Infrastructure Services (CIS). Build scalable data pipelines and visualize key metrics such as vendor management, costs, utilization patterns, and spend analysis to drive operational efficiency. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate data needs into actionable BI solutions, including MBRs/WBRs, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives. Continuously improve data architecture and data quality to enable data-driven decision making across the organization.
In this role, you will drive data-driven transformation at Amazon by designing and implementing business intelligence solutions that directly impact our global infrastructure operations. You'll leverage analytics tools to turn complex data into actionable insights that optimize costs and enhance decision-making across Amazon's worldwide operations.

Key job responsibilities
• Design and implement analytical dashboards for tracking critical metrics including vendor management, cost tracking, utilization patterns, and key performance indicators aligned with business objectives
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards, automated data pipelines, and reporting solutions that provide critical visibility into Amazon's global infrastructure spending, utilization patterns, and cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and automate reporting solutions for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), forecasting processes, cost savings trackers, and spend analysis tools
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand data needs, translate them into technical requirements, and implement data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency
• Build RFP templates, reporting frameworks within enterprise systems, and automate circuit outage and utilization reporting to improve operational efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement in data architecture, analytics capabilities, data quality, and accessibility across the organization
• Communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Corporate Infrastructure Services (CIS) provides the foundational technology infrastructure that powers Amazon's global operations. We design, implement, and manage critical systems including network connectivity, telecommunications, and workplace technology that enable business continuity across all the regions. Our team delivers reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions while driving operational excellence through standardization and automation, ensuring Amazon employees worldwide have the tools and connectivity they need to serve customers effectively
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
- Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
- Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions
