We are looking for a passionate business/data analyst to turn data into actionable insights and support strategic business questions. You will be responsible for data mining and reporting related to operations, building metrics frameworks, and translating large datasets into meaningful insights. The role emphasizes data modeling, ETL design, and working with tests and BI tools, with hands-on experience in Redshift and AWS technologies, to partner with stakeholders and identify strategic opportunities. The candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.

In our effort to support this aggressive growth around the world, we are looking for a passionate business analyst to turn data into actionable insights, and support answer strategic business questions.
In this role, you will be responsible for data mining and data reporting activities pertaining to ops processes. You should be passionate about working with complex datasets and be someone who loves to turn data into insights to answer strategic business questions. You should have deep expertise in analytic view of business questions, building up & refining metrics framework to measure business operation and translating data into meaningful insights.
With customer obsession and a high sense of ownership, you will utilize your skills to identify patterns and any disruptions in it. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details and foresee data implications. The candidate relishes working with large volumes of data, enjoys the challenge of highly complex technical contexts, and, above all else, is passionate about data and analytics. He/she is an expert with data modeling, ETL design and business intelligence tools, has hand-on knowledge on columnar databases such as Redshift and other related AWS technologies. He/she passionately partners with the customers to identify strategic opportunities in the field of data engineering. He/she is a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big (while paying careful attention to detail) and enjoys working in a fast-paced team that continuously learns and evolves on a day to day basis.

2. Prepare and publish daily, weekly and monthly report on operations
3. Set performance evaluation metrics
4. Standardize operations, processes and reporting

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience with SQL databases (querying and analyzing)
