Join Amazon's People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team as a Rising Leader Intern, designed for rising juniors to gain early career experience in a Fortune 500 company. Job Summary
Join Amazon's People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team as a Rising Leader
Intern and help shape the future of our employee experience! This innovative
program is designed specifically for rising juniors who want to make an impact
early in their career journey while gaining invaluable experience in a Fortune 500
company.
As a Rising Leader Intern, you'll work on high-impact projects that directly
influence how Amazon supports its most valuable asset—our people. You'll
collaborate with PXT professionals across multiple disciplines, gaining exposure to
human resources, learning and development, and workplace technology solutions
in one of the world's most customer-centric companies.
About the Role
 This position is not a corporate role. This position will be located in a
fulfillment center, sort center, delivery station, or other building within the
Amazon Fulfillment Network.
 This position requires 100% on-site attendance at one of our Network
Operations Sites, offering hands-on engagement with our operations
environment and collaboration with our diverse fulfillment teams.
 Although this role is tied to a certain city, placement opportunities are
nationwide. This means you will be placed at an operations building within
the Amazon Fulfillment Network that most aligns with your location
preferences and the current location availability after you interview.
 Must be willing to relocate at time of hire (you will be placed at an
operations building that most aligns with your location preferences and the
current location availability after you interview.)
 Term: Ten weeks during summer of 2026 (various 10-week blocks to choose
from)
 Competitive salary, relocation (if qualified), and housing assistance (if
qualified)

employer intervention to be considered.
 Structured onboarding, training, and development throughout the program

 Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending,
and reaching
 Climbing and descending stairs (when applicable)
 Working shift patterns that may include nights, weekends, and/or holidays
based on business needs. While shifts vary site to site, most follow a fixed 4-
day work week with 3 days off

Basic Qualifications

- Are 18 years of age or older
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028

Preferred Qualifications

- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential through campus activities, previous work experience, or community involvement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Passion for improving employee experiences and workplace solutions
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues
