Join AGI Data Services to develop and maintain key features of a large-scale, distributed data services platform used to train, evaluate, and benchmark AI models. You will work with teammates to design approaches, prototype new technology, and assess feasibility, in an Agile environment with cross-functional stakeholders. You'll apply technical options and design patterns to deliver integrated solutions that address business requirements, while collaborating with engineers and program managers. If you’re entrepreneurial and motivated by building pioneering AI data solutions, we want to talk to you.

Is passion for innovation what drives you? AGI Data Services (AGI-DS) is a global Machine Intelligence Data Services organization that provides a broad range of Human-In-The-Loop (HIL) data labeling services to train, evaluate and benchmark Gen-AI Foundational Models, AI Applications, Agents and other Machine Learning technologies (Automatic Speech Recognition, Natural Language Understanding, Entity Resolution, Text-to-Speech, and Question Answering). HITL services help with a) Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT): creating high-quality, task-specific examples (e.g., writing SQL queries, summarizing legal documents) to teach the model desired behaviors, b) Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF): Aligning models based on human feedback (ranking, rating, or correcting model outputs) based on safety, accuracy, and helpfulness, c) Evaluations: Quality assessments to identify performance gaps and d) Active Learning: Post-launch monitoring and feedback loops to ensure continuous, safe improvement.

The HIL-Tech team enables high-quality data collections and services across multiple domains and languages. These datasets power the lifecycle of AWS Nova as well as Alexa's features, languages, and devices (pre-launch, beta, and post-launch). We are looking for passionate and talented Software Engineers who have experience building innovative, large-scale, high volume, and distributed software applications to join us on this journey to teach AIs.
