Key job responsibilities
Architect & Build highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems that process loyalty transactions at massive scale
Innovate on deep technical problems—real-time points processing, fraud detection, cross-platform synchronization, and more

Design mobile-first experiences that delight customers across diverse markets and network conditions

Own end-to-end delivery—from ideation to deployment to operations—with full accountability for your services

Collaborate with world-class engineers, product managers, and scientists to define the future of customer engagement

Scale solutions from India's 500M+ internet users to billions across emerging markets

Mentor and grow alongside talented teammates in a culture of continuous learning

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
