As a Supply Chain Engineer within Amazon Prime Air, you will own supplier performance across quality, cost, and schedule, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure suppliers meet production rate, scale, and quality targets while supporting new product introductions and sustaining operations. You will develop and maintain manufacturing documentation (process flows, build instructions, PFMEAs, and control plans) to enable consistent and repeatable production. You will build should-cost models for key components and lead supplier ramp-ups, pilot builds, and early production validation, driving value engineering and cost optimization. You will establish performance tracking for yield, throughput, and process capability and drive root-cause and corrective actions to resolve issues and enable long-term improvements.
If you are seeking an iterative environment where you can drive innovation, apply state-of-the-art technologies to solve real world delivery challenges, and provide benefits to customers, Prime Air is the place for you.
