Join Deutsche Börse Group as a Data Enablement Specialist (f/m/d) based in Frankfurt am Main. You will accelerate adoption of the self-serve data platform by cocreating enablement programs, improving the knowledge base, and driving engagement across data domains. You will own the platform knowledge base, design and deliver trainings, lead community and communications, and measure progress with dashboards. Deutsche Börse Group’s Data as a Service (DaaS) provides infrastructure and services that enable our businesses to build data products and analytics solutions at scale. We standardize and automate with modern technologies and frameworks. In this role, you will accelerate adoption of the self-serve data platform by cocreating enablement programs, improving the knowledge base, and fostering engagement across our data domains.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Own the platform knowledge base: audit content, enforce governance standards, create onboarding guides, and maintain release notes.
  • Design & deliver enablement: workshops/trainings/hackathons that equip domain teams with self-serve capabilities aligned to Data Mesh principles.
  • Lead community & comms: launch and manage channels (e.g., Viva Engage/Teams), run engagement campaigns, and publish regular updates to drive adoption.
  • Measure what matters: build reports/dashboards to track Data Mesh progress, usage, and time-to-onboard; translate insights into action.
  • Partner across Architects & Developers to make capabilities easy to discover, use, and measure; remove barriers to adoption.
  • Stay current with cloud/data platform trends and bring best practices into our enablement programs.

 

Your profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • Experience in enablement, technical program management, developer relations, platform adoption, or product operations.
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies and service models, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Excellent facilitation, technical writing, and stakeholder management
  • Hands‑on with Atlassian Confluence/Jira; experience running internal communities (Viva Engage/Yammer, Teams).
  • Familiarity with Data Mesh principles and self-serve platform concepts; exposure to Databricks and data platform management
