We are searching for Data Analyst that would help managing the policies database for the biggest insurer in UK. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data flows within actuarial and accounting domains. You should have strong expertise in data analysis, data report development, and system architecture.

What will you be doing?
Develop scripts using SQL or Python.
Work with Informatica to extract, transform, and load data.
Automate data workflows and processes.
Support changes in the existing ecosystem and participate in migrating legacy tools (Visual Basic, Informatica) to Snowflake and dbt.
Design and develop scalable data flows, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure high availability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across all stages of the data lifecycle.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions.
What we’re looking for?
Approx. 2-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
Advanced proficiency in Python or SQL.
Understanding of data structures and data modelling principles.
Good communicator. Experience working in multinational, cross-functional teams and partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders would be additional advantage
Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions through close stakeholder collaboration.
Proactive self-starter who is open to continuously learning and adapting to evolving data tools and technologies (e.g., Snowflake, dbt).
Fluent English.
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with Informatica.
Knowledge of Snowflake and dbt.
Familiarity with C#.
