AXA XL is seeking an Associate Consultant in Portfolio Reporting and Analytics based in Gurgaon, India. In this entry-level role, you will assist in designing solutions and exploring platforms, supporting catastrophe risk modeling activities, data collection, quality checks, and documentation. You will collaborate with Risk Management, Data Analytics, IT, and Actuarial teams to support catastrophe modeling inputs and refine IT solutions, while drafting user guides and reports. Support the development and maintenance of internal tools and applications related to Natural Catastrophe risk. Provide administrative and technical support to senior team members and business partners in Insurance and Reinsurance. Assist in the data collection, organization, and preliminary analysis for catastrophe modeling projects. Help with data management, quality checks, and documentation to ensure accurate modeling inputs. Support the testing and refinement of catastrophe models, IT solutions, and processes under supervision. Collaborate with different teams across AXA Group, including Risk Management, Data Analytics, IT, and Actuarial, to facilitate project workflows. Draft user guides, technical documentation, and reports related to catastrophe modeling activities. You will report to Senior Risk Manager, Catastrophe Risk Systems. What you will BRING We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills and Abilities: Basic understanding of natural and man-made perils, and familiarity with modeling concepts. Good data management skills and experience with relevant tools. Awareness of insurance and reinsurance principles and data structures. Robust willingness to learn, with the ability to support complex projects and tasks. Effective communication skills, capable of working collaboratively and clearly conveying information.
