職務内容 【Job Description】 ■職務の目的 - リードデータエンジニアとして、データエンジニアリングチームの中で重要な技術的実行者となり、AWSおよびDatabricksを使用した重要なプラットフォームコンポーネントのハンズオン開発に焦点を当てます。 - 技術的な卓越性を確保し、プラットフォームの安定性を維持するために、他のチームメンバーと密接に連携しながら高品質なソリューションを提供する責任があります。 - ビジネススポンサーによるソリューションの成功裏な提供を確保するために、指定されたタイムライン内でビジネス要件を満たす技術的ソリューションを実装することが重要な役割となります。他の技術チームと調整して実装の依存関係を管理します。プロジェクトの利害関係者に対して正確な技術的見積もりと進捗更新を提供します。納品プロセスの初期段階で潜在的な技術的リスクや障害を特定し、コミュニケーションを行います。納品期限を守りつつ高い品質基準を維持し、技術的制約とビジネスのタイムラインの両方を考慮したソリューション設計に貢献します。 ■プラットフォーム開発 - AWSおよびDatabricksを使用してコアデータプラットフォームコンポーネントを開発および維持します。 - データパイプラインおよび変換ワークフローを実装します。 - 様々なデータソースのためのデータ取り込みパターンを構築および最適化します。 - 自動テストおよびデプロイメントプロセスを作成および維持します。 - プラットフォームコンポーネントのための監視およびアラートソリューションを実装します。 ■技術的実装 - ベストプラクティスに従って高品質で維持可能なコードを記述します。 - インフラストラクチャー・アズ・コードに関する強力な実務経験があり、Terraformを使用したインフラストラクチャのプロビジョニングに熟練しており、インフラストラクチャのテスト、検証、ベストプラクティス、標準、および最適化技術を実装する能力があります。 - プラットフォームコンポーネントにおけるセキュリティおよびコンプライアンス要件を実装します。 - データ処理ワークフローのパフォーマンスを最適化します。 - プラットフォームコンポーネントおよびプロジェクトソリューションアーキテクチャのための技術文書を作成します。 - コードレビューおよび技術的議論に参加します。 ■コラボレーションと知識共有 - 他のデータエンジニアや開発者と密接に連携して、既存のパターンを活用または挑戦する一貫した実装パターンを確保します。 - チームメンバーと技術的知識やベストプラクティスを共有します。 - クロスファンクショナルな利害関係者と連携して、彼らの要件を理解し、それを遵守したソリューションアーキテクチャデザインに翻訳します。 - 技術設計の議論に参加し、実装に関するフィードバックを提供します。 - プロジェクトマネージャーやビジネスの利害関係者と効果的にコミュニケーションを行います。 - 正確な見積もりと進捗更新を提供します。 リスクや障害を適切にエスカレーションします。 ■Job Purpose - As a Lead Data Engineer, you will be a key technical executor within the data engineering team, focusing on hands-on development of critical platform components using AWS and Databricks. - You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions while working closely with other team members to ensure technical excellence and maintain platform stability. - Your role will be also essential in ensuring successful delivery of business-sponsored solutions by implementing technical solutions that meet business requirements within specified timelines. Coordinating with other technical teams to manage implementation dependencies. Providing accurate technical estimates and progress updates to project stakeholders. Identifying and communication potential technical risks or blockers early in the delivery process.
