Senior Analyst – Pricing, Cyber in Wroclaw leads data pipeline development and tooling to unify global cyber data, enabling reliable access and pricing model recalibration. The role develops and maintains automation tools for data processing, supports QA of pricing metrics, and provides timely insights to Underwriting. It also documents data structures and processes, collaborates with global teams, and reports to the Head of Pricing, Cyber to drive data-driven decision making.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a global team dedicated to the innovative development of rating tools and pricing strategies. We are seeking a technically skilled professional with a outstanding coding background to support the business by driving data-driven decision-making and developing cutting-edge tools. What you’ll be DOING What will your essential responsibilities include? Support the creation and maintenance of our unified source of global cyber data by designing data pipelines and repositories that facilitate reliable data access and integrity. Develop and maintain tools to process our global cyber data, enhancing the efficiency of key processes such as model recalibration efforts, quality assurance on pricing metrics, and providing timely insights to our Underwriting team. Support the automation of routine tasks and processes through coding solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Maintain documentation of data structures, processes, and best practices to support transparency and knowledge sharing across teams. You will report to Head of Pricing, Cyber. What you will BRING We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills and Abilities: Proven outstanding technical and analytical capabilities, with experience in data analysis, modelling, or tool development. Coding skills in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages for data manipulation and automation. Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus. Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities. Effective collaboration skills within global, cross-functional teams. Progression through actuarial exams with the goal of full qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
