Work as part of the Banking CRM team to onboard Banking datapoints to the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) S3 buckets and help build a synthetic data layer for global reporting and dashboards. Design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, with data processing in Spark/Databricks, and collaborate with data scientists to deploy models. You will own end-to-end delivery across multiple Banking projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes while exploring new tools and PoCs to improve the platform. This role is based in Whippany, NJ.
As a part of Banking CRM team, you will be embarking on a journey of onboarding Banking datapoints to the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) S3 buckets which is a significant step forward in enhancing our data management capabilities. Simultaneously working on building the synthetic data layer which is more crucial for all our Banking business users, as it will support their day-to-day reporting and dashboards on a global scale. The creation of this synthetic data layer will not only streamline our reporting processes but also ensure that our data is more accessible and actionable for our users. You will be involved in multiple Banking projects, each with specific timelines agreed upon with our business stakeholders and it is essential that we deliver these projects within the agreed timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will be monitoring these projects end-to-end, ensuring that every aspect is meticulously executed. It will be encouraging for you to bring new tools and technologies in Banking world and run multiple proof-of-concept throughout the year to build most efficient platform for our end users.
To be successful as an Incremental CRM - Data Developer 1, you should have experience with:
AWS services: S3, Glue (Crawlers, ETL Jobs, Data Catalog), Redshift, DBTs, Athena and Iceberg
Data processing frameworks: Apache, Airflow
SQL Server to AWS migration
Experience with Databricks, SSIS, SQL, Python
Design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Good experience and understanding of data modelling, ETL concepts, and data warehousing.
Some experience with Power BI and/or Tableau dashboarding tools
Exposure to Gen AI tools (GitLab Duo, Co-Pilot and/or Claude) to evaluate and generate code

Minimum Salary: $ 120,000
Maximum Salary: $ 175,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role
To build and maintain the systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data, such as data pipelines, data warehouses and data lakes to ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and secure.
Accountabilities
- Build and maintenance of data architectures pipelines that enable the transfer and processing of durable, complete and consistent data.
- Design and implementation of data warehoused and data lakes that manage the appropriate data volumes and velocity and adhere to the required security measures.
- Development of processing and analysis algorithms fit for the intended data complexity and volumes.
- Collaboration with data scientist to build and deploy machine learning models.
