Role involves systems administration and support for procurement platforms (Coupa, Concur, Symphony, Zip) with responsibilities for user records, workflows, metadata, configuration, change management, testing, and training. Ensures compliance, risk management, and accurate documentation across platforms managed by the Procurement organization. Provides regular reporting and stakeholder liaison (Finance, Technology, business teams) with a hybrid in-office requirement of 3 days per week in Hyderabad. Platforms are SaaS-based and business-logic administered, so no development background is required.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems Administration
    Depending on the platform:
    • Administration of user records and profiles, ensuring timely and accurate additions, changes and deletions
    • User controls (periodic) reporting for compliance and management
    • Platform workflows, approval logic, associated metadata management, and reporting
    • Configuration management of various functions or modules within the platforms
    • Change management procedures related to all platform administration functions
    • Testing of platform releases and changes/additions where relevant
    • Provide training and support to users and business stakeholders on using these systems as needed
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure all related platform documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and industry regulations
    • Understand and ensure compliance and risk related regulations are adhered to in system operations
    • Understand controlled environments and workflows
  • Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for users and business stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
    • Work directly with and provide other functional teams (Finance, Technology, etc) support regarding the relevant systems
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on relevant metrics where required
    • Provide regular management updates on activities, competition / market intelligence, and pipeline of go-forward projects for review. 
  • Hybrid role (3 days a week in office required)

Responsibilities

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in systems administration of one of the platforms in scope.
  • Experience with system administration and compliance processes. 

Skills:

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards in procurement operations.
  • Knowledge of controlled environments and workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) with the ability to explain issues and remedies.

The Procurement Systems Analyst will be responsible for systems administration and support of platforms managed by the Procurement organization. This role involves ensuring all systems administration responsibilities are met in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy, following compliance and control requirements. The administrator will also maintain accurate records and support platform management activities. Platforms in scope at this time are Coupa, Concur, Symphony, and Zip (subject to change as the groups' functions continue to expand). These platforms are SaaS-based and are business-logic administered, therefore not requiring development or engineering backgrounds.
