Binance seeks a subject matter expert in Technical SEO to drive AI-powered SEO optimizations across its product ecosystem. This independent contributor will partner with Product, Tech, and Business teams to lead technical SEO initiatives, focusing on crawl/indexation, Core Web Vitals, and AI-driven content strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing GA4, Search Console, and logs to forecast growth; guiding CMS migrations; and embedding SEO/AIO into development and product decisions. The role requires 7+ years in international SEO and hands-on experience with JS frameworks, GA4, log analysis, and Python/SQL for SEO insights.

We seek a subject matter expert in Technical SEO to drive cutting-edge optimizations across our product ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on AI-powered SEO (AIO) strategies. This independent contributor role partners closely with Product, Tech, Business teams to drive technical SEO initiatives that exceed business objectives as a key pillar in organic visibility, user acquisition and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Oversee technical SEO strategy across digital properties, implementing AI-optimized crawling, indexation, and generative search best practices.
- Advise on architecture, crawlability, indexation, speed, and Core Web Vitals with data-driven site health improvements.
- Embed SEO/AIO into dev, product, and engineering decisions from code deploys to launches.
- Analyze GA4, Search Console, and log data to forecast growth, spot trends, and prioritize Core Web Vitals fixes.
- Lead CMS migrations/upgrades with AI audits to ensure SEO continuity and minimal disruption.
- Refine Tech SEO frameworks: geo-targeting, hreflang, multilingual AI content, and cross-market tracking.
- Perform log analysis and Python/SQL queries for crawl insights.
- Track SEO/AIO trends (LLMs, voice, multimodal, E-E-A-T) and mentor on implementations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of expertise in international SEO, including multiple region and language targeting.
- Expertise in Core Web Vitals, Schema/LLM-optimized structured data, scalable architecture.
- Hands-on fluency in JS frameworks, SSR, and debugging SEO issues.
- Hands-on expertise in GA4, GSC APIs, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs AI, log analyzers, and Python/BigQuery for SEO insights.
- Proven experience in CMS migrations and large-scale website transitions.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experimentsExperience in the cryptocurrency industry is a strong plus.
