Join BNP Paribas as a Junior Specialist in the Data Authority Team within Fund Dealing Services in Poland. You will carry out routine daily tasks, respond to internal and external queries, and prepare setups in internal systems while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role emphasizes data handling, accuracy, proactivity, and teamwork, with hybrid work arrangements and development opportunities. You’ll support BNP locations and their institutional clients in banking operations.

Junior specialist in Data Authority Team

Fund Dealing Services is a part of BNP Paribas group providing service to BNP Locations and their institutional clients. If you have client-centric mind-set and are interested in working with data, want to learn new things, then it’s time for you to level up your adventure and skills with FDS

Requirements:

  • Fluency in and English (min. B2 level) 
  • Interest in banking operations 
  • Good Knowledge of MS Excel 
  • Accuracy, attention to details and client focus approach 
  • Self-motivation, willingness to learn and sense of responsibility 
  • Ability to collaborate/ Teamwork
  • Strong communication skills – oral & written
  • Proactivity and ability to take initiative

Responsibilities: 

  • Carrying out routine daily tasks in accordance with the team's comprehensive checklist
  • Responding to queries from internal or external sources in relation to the activity (checks, investigations, updates)
  • Preparing set up`s in internal systems due to received queries on daily basis
  • Contact with internal and external sources to receive and/or confirm information
  • Escalate any system issues / extraordinary events or detected incident to the management
  • Maintain superior relationship with internal and external clients
