- Build and operationalize a centralized calculations service (rules, versioning, traceability) to ensure consistency, reproducibility, and audit-readiness across dashboards and reports.
- Establish a visualization strategy and design system (patterns, components, accessibility/standards) and partner with enterprise tooling teams to implement at scale.
- Lead the design, delivery, and rollout of Power BI solutions (gateways, datasets, workspaces, deployment pipelines) with CI/CD, and performance optimization
- Drive a unified reporting architecture (semantic models, subject-area marts, reusable measures) that reduces manual reporting and enables governed self-serve analytics.
- Implement end-to-end data-to-insight lineage (source → transformation → calculation → visualization) and maintain evidence packs for audits, regulatory exams, and senior forums.
- Operationalize governance for data and measures (ownership, naming conventions, change control, approvals, deprecation, semantic versioning) with standardized documentation and decision logs.
- Partner with domain leaders (Compliance, Operational Risk, Technology, Finance) to translate frameworks (RCSA, issues/actions, loss events, surveillance, regulatory obligations) into measurable, visualized insights aligned to risk appetite and supervisory routines.
- Elevate dashboard usability and adoption with embedded narratives, drill-throughs, alerting, scenario views, and mobile-responsive designs—guided by usage analytics and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with enterprise tooling teams on Power BI standards, licensing, governance, feature rollout, and accessibility/privacy controls (PII handling, retention, break-glass protocols).
- Align visualization strategy to BNY’s strategic pillars—be more for our clients through usable, trusted analytics; run our company better with automation and controls; power our culture via shared standards and collaboration.

- Proficiency in semantic modeling, dimensional design, and standardized KPI definitions; familiarity with SQL and data engineering concepts.
- Demonstrated track record delivering executive-grade dashboards and reporting at enterprise scale.
- Experience with documentation, lineage, audit controls, accessibility standards, and change management in regulated environments.
