Responsible for data migration and master data management related to Kinaxis Rapid Response implementation and post-implementation data governance. Leads data migration activities, data quality monitoring, and SOP development; coordinates with global Spring project team and deployment teams. After Kinaxis implementation, acts as data lead across planning systems, maintains master data, templates, issue resolution, and supports other digital tool deployments within GSC China.

Responsible for process improvement before Kinaxis Rapid Response implementation to make sure smooth transition with Kinaxis Responsible for success launch of Kinaxis Rapid Response and continuous improvement
Kinaxis Implementation Stage
Manage data migration process for multiple roll-ins, including the preparation, transformation, and loading of data from legacy systems to the new Kinaxis Rapid Response. Create and monitor detailed plans data migration activities with deployment teams. Define, maintain, and ensure adherence to agreed approach for data migration. Align data migration approach and progress with global project Spring team Identify, escalate/mitigate, and resolve issues and risks associated with data migration.
After Kinaxis Implementation
Act as the data lead to maintain the master data across Planning related system Develop and deploy the master data management SOP and communicate with related team Track the master data quality and develop the improvement plan to drive data management accuracy and efficiency Support master data template maintenance Manage and resolve daily system issues Lead master data for any other digital tool deployment projects in GSC China team
