Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Senior AMOA Business Analyst with a strong data and SAP focus to reinforce project teams across international mobility. You will gather business needs, write functional specifications, and lead projects in collaboration with technical and business teams. You will monitor deliverables and schedules, participate in change management and user training, and work on SAP projects (SD, SCM, CRM) with MM and PM notions. The role requires experience in AMOA and project management and a willingness to work in an international environment.

Objectif du poste
Renforcer l’équipe projet en apportant une expertise fonctionnelle et métier sur des sujets liés à la mobilité internationale, en lien avec les équipes basées en France. Le profil recherché interviendra en tant que Business Analyst Senior AMOA, avec une forte orientation data et SAP.
Missions
- Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers
- Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles
- Piloter les projets en lien avec les équipes techniques et métiers
- Assurer le suivi des livrables et des plannings
- Participer à la conduite du changement et à la formation des utilisateurs
- Intervenir sur des projets SAP (SD, SCM, CRM…) avec des notions de MM et PM
Compétences recherchées
- Expérience en AMOA et gestion de projet
- Connaissance des modules SAP : SD, SCM, CRM (notions de MM et PM appréciées)
- Formation d’ingénieur industriel avec une bonne maîtrise de la data
- Capacité à travailler en environnement international
- Seniorité : entre 5 et 8 ans d’expérience
