Job Description
ETL TESTER
• Manage end to end delivery of ETL test projects.
• Manage various stakeholders and ensure smooth and on time delivery of project.
• Prepare test plan, test strategy, test case design and any other required testing/reporting documents as required by client.
• Write and guide team members in preparing SQL test scripts. Must have good working knowledge on writing SQLs.
• Ensure test documents and test evidence are of good quality and submitted on time.
• Quantify, manage, track and report testing status, SLA and KPIs
• Prepare and share daily and weekly status report as part of reporting requirement.
• Understands and analyses the project requirements.
• Conduct defect triage, evaluate root cause analysis for bugs and work with development team to resolve them.
• Prepare defect leakage analysis.

Skills -
• Overall at least 3 years of experience.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
• Automation and Functional testing experience in banking domain.
• Experience in managing end to end delivery of testing.
• Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frame works and various delivery methodologies.
• Independent, meticulous and attention to details.
• Effective communicator and strong interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mind with good problem-solving skills.
• Good to have functional knowledge of Banking Compliance domain.
• QuerySurge, Zephyr, JIRA, LINUX and TOSCA knowledge is a plus.
