We are seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS Consultant with hands-on LabWare LIMS Version 8 & 9 experience, data migration, SAP integrations, and QC laboratory process expertise. You will support LabWare implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across Oil & Gas and Pharmaceutical environments. Key responsibilities include configuring LabWare LIMS modules and master data, leading or supporting migrations/upgrades, developing SAP interfaces, performing LIMS data migrations, and creating reports and labels while ensuring compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO 17025.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced LabWare LIMS Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in LabWare Version 8 & 9, data migration, SAP integrations, and QC laboratory processes. The ideal candidate will support LabWare implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across Oil & Gas and Pharmaceutical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, implement, and support LabWare LIMS (v8 and v9) modules, workflows, templates, and master data.
  • Lead or support LabWare migration/upgrade projects, including data migration, validation, and cutover.
  • Develop and maintain interfaces between LabWare LIMS and SAP (QM/MM/PP).
  • Perform LIMS data migration: data mapping, cleansing, transformation, loading, and verification.
  • Set up and maintain master data such as test methods, specifications, instruments, and stability studies.
  • Develop and customize LIMS reports and label formats (Crystal Reports / LabWare reporting tools).
  • Collaborate with QC, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and create optimized lab workflows.
  • Provide support for Oil & Gas refinery/petrochemical lab processes, with secondary exposure to Pharma QC labs.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 17025, and internal quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS Version 8 and 9.
  • Knowledge of LIMS architecture, configuration, and scripting.
  • Experience in SAP-LIMS integration (via IDocs/BAPI/middleware).
  • Expertise in data migration methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to design and troubleshoot LIMS reports and labels.
  • Practical understanding of QC workflows in Oil & Gas; Pharma experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments (GxP, ISO 17025, 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
