Capgemini Data & AI is looking for people who tame data in such a way that the most complex data can be easily interpreted.

Currently, we are seeking a talented and motivated Data Engineer with experience in Microsoft Fabric to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing modern data solutions that support advanced analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.

YOUR ROLE

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
• Work with OneLake, Dataflows Gen2, and Lakehouse architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across platforms.
• Optimize data workflows and troubleshoot performance issues.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Fabric components.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI.
• Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics).
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch with professional working proficiency in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Microsoft certifications in Azure Data Engineering or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, or machine learning workflows.
• Familiarity with data mesh or data fabric concepts.
