YOUR TASKS:

• As a skilled and experienced Replicon Solution Expert you should be able to lead the stabilization and improvement of the already deployed time and absence management solution for a leading multinational consulting firm.
• This role involves working within a team of solution experts, working across 39 countries, and supporting a workforce of 350,000 employees.
• You will be responsible for strengthening processes, enhancing solution capabilities, and ensuring closer alignment with business needs.
• You should be having a strong understanding of functional time and absence management processes, expertise in SaaS solutions deployment and integration processes, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.

YOUR PROFILE

• Expertise in Replicon SaaS platform implementation and configuration.
• Knowledge of data integration methods (APIs, middleware, ETL tools) and cloud-based architecture.
• Design end-to-end data flows and describe system interdependencies.
• Create functional specifications, use case scenarios, and process flow diagrams.
• Experience in documenting requirements for large, complex organizations
