Develop and maintain the organization’s data architecture strategy and lead the design of high-performance data solutions across Big Data, Relational, NoSQL, and OLAP platforms. Lead the architecture and development of data warehouses and BI platforms, and define data modeling standards while implementing metadata, data lineage, and master data management frameworks. Establish data governance, security, and quality practices to ensure compliance and consistency across systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical thought leadership, mentor junior data professionals, and coordinate data sourcing and integration with application development teams.

Your Role
- Develop and maintain the organization’s data architecture strategy.
- Design robust, high-performance solutions across Big Data, Relational, NoSQL, and OLAP platforms.
- Lead the architecture and development of data warehouses and business intelligence platforms.
- Define and implement data modeling standards and practices.
- Data Governance & Security
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards.
- Champion data quality and consistency across systems.
- Implement metadata management, data lineage, and master data management frameworks.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business objectives.
- Provide technical thought leadership and mentorship to junior data professionals.
- Coordinate with application development teams for data sourcing and integration.
Your Profile
- Proficiency in SQL Server / Synapse, Analysis Services / Power BI, ETL – Data Factory, data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
- Scripting experience in Python as a plus
