Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Senior – Transport Routier within its Supply Chain Operations in Casablanca. You will lead and optimize road transport costs, and drive continuous improvement projects to boost logistics performance. You will analyze transport data, monitor key indicators, and study monthly results and budget variances. You will design and develop tools to optimize transport processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.

Lieu : Casablanca
Niveau : Bac+5 ou plus
Expérience requise : Entre 4 et 6 ans en Supply Chain, avec une expertise confirmée en transport routier
Missions principales
- Piloter et optimiser les coûts de transport routier.
- Animer des chantiers d’amélioration continue autour de la performance logistique.
- Analyser les données transport et assurer le suivi des indicateurs clés.
- Étudier les résultats mensuels et analyser les écarts budgétaires.
- Concevoir et développer des outils d’optimisation du transport.
Profil recherché
- Bac+5 en Supply Chain, Logistique, Génie Industriel ou équivalent.
- 4 à 6 ans d’expérience en Supply Chain, obligatoirement sur le transport routier.
- Maîtrise des outils d’analyse de données et des outils Supply Chain/Transport.
- Bon niveau en français et en anglais.
