Job Overview

As part of our group of innovative thinkers, you’ll be at the forefront of disrupting and revolutionizing the industry, tackling complex challenges to meet the needs of our front office users and clients. In this role, you will manage different technology teams tasked with the buildout of a global federated customer master and related automation of customer processes.

This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in analytics, data management, and wealth management. The individual will work closely with data owners, risk & control teams and our technology teams to draft requirements, process flows, and design future state solutions. Key Competencies required for the role include Strategic Thinking, understanding of data controls, simplification of approach and Problem Solving, Project Management and Execution, Innovation and Continuous Improvement, and Adaptability and Resilience. A background in data management and data modeling will be an added benefit.

Responsibilities:

  • Use your strong analytical skills to identify, collect, organize, analyze, clean and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand program requirements, understand control process requirements, and getting the required approvals and clearances

  • Define and document processes to improve and optimize future opportunities

  • Own the control approval processes and manage multiple and complex stakeholder engagements

  • Collaborate with tech data engineering, data and analytics teams, Risk and Control teams to ensure compliances of all control and risk

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant business data analysis experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business Management/Engineering, advanced degree is a plus

  • Experience with leading large Wealth data  programs with an understanding of Data risk and controls

  • Strategic, results-driven and passionate about designing best-in-class digital experiences and staying at the forefront of cutting-edge technology in the servicing space.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and organizations to get the job done.

  • A proven track record of problem-solving, adaptability, and creativity in addressing complex challenges.

Desirable:

Familiarity with Wealth Management business processes and front office users is extremely desirable.
