As a Lead Technical Architect, you will own solution architecture for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations focused on Patient Services and Customer Engagement. You will define end-to-end architecture across application, data, and integrations—using Salesforce Data Cloud, Databricks, and emerging agentic platforms—to deliver compliant, scalable customer and patient experiences in multi-region environments.
You will set architecture standards and governance for global delivery with regional deployments, leading design reviews and key technical decisions. Qualifications
Required:
· 10+ years consulting and/or CRM implementation experience
· 5+ years life sciences industry experience
· 2+ end-to-end implementations delivering Life Sciences Cloud (Patient Services and Customer Engagement)
· Experience delivering 1+ multi-region deployment integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Databricks, and enabling agentic capabilities
· Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
· Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience
