Job Title: TDI - Business Functional Analyst – Assistant Vice President

Location: Manila

Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President

Business Functional Analysis is responsible for business solution design as a whole in complex project environments (e.g. transformational programmes).

Your Key Responsibilities

• Reporting and Data analysis requiring knowledge of Financial reporting, and/or regulatory reporting, and/or MI reporting, including analysis of data sourcing mechanism and timing/SLA
• Reporting Application configuration, functional design specs, testing
• Bring about change and transformation via projects/initiatives of the Bank with focus on the following: Business Target Process Modelling, Data Analysis, Data Modelling (of reporting requirement or solution), Testing, support to Project/programme management, Requirement definition and management, User experience and design implementation working with the Design and Architecture Team
• Lead agile team in the delivery, development and e2e integration of the reporting solution with focus on target data and reporting design working with the technical teams
• Configure reporting applications and tools such as Axiom, SAP Business Objects, Tableau and other reporting tools
• Delivery and operation of packaged applications through application support, change management, problem management, and quality assurance

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience in Risk and Regulatory; preferably knowledge and experience in statistical, liquidity and corep
• Relevant experience in engineering and or business functional analysis capacity delivering financial / MI / regulatory reporting solution
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration on Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science courses
• Preferably with experience/training on agile framework, reporting concepts
• Preferably with basic experience on common data/reporting tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Business Objects, AI/ML, etc.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and stakeholder engagement skills to effectively communicate, negotiate and influence others to gain support and achieve a common goal,
• Has the ability to create training or workshop materials to present business cases or walkthrough on design/requirement topic or defend solution
• Knowledge of IT delivery and architecture including knowledge of Data Modelling and/or BA.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing and alternating priorities with a constant focus on delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
