The Data Integration Specialist, APAC (Japanese speaking) will join the Risk & Compliance Implementation and Integration team to help customers and partners integrate Dow Jones Risk & Compliance content into their workflows. You will coordinate pre-sale, post-sale and implementation support for risk feeds and API products, and provide integration support to partners. You will contribute thought leadership on the strategic direction of the Risk & Compliance business and drive successful integration of content into partner and customer platforms, while coordinating globally to meet local needs.

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional information professional to work within the Risk & Compliance Implementation and Integration team. The Dow Jones Risk & Compliance Content Integration Specialists are responsible for working directly with customers as well as partners leveraging the Risk & Compliance product suite. This includes providing support to both technical and business users who have integrated the Dow Jones Risk and Compliance product(s) into their workflow.

You Will:

  • Work closely with Sales to ensure Dow Jones is delivering the best integration solutions for Risk and Compliance.

  • Coordinate pre-sale, post-sale and implementation support and guidance for Risk & Compliance feeds and API products.

  • Provide integration support to partners who deliver Dow Jones Risk and Compliance content.

  • Contribute thought leadership around the strategic direction of the Risk & Compliance business on subjects such as brand, positioning, value proposition and product roadmap.

  • Drive the successful integration of our content into partners and customer platforms.

  • Communicate globally for local partner and customer needs.

You Have:

  • Language skills: Japanese and Chinese language skills both strongly preferred

  • High level of initiative and self-motivation, ability to work in a global team environment.

  • Understanding of Internet and Intranet applications, emerging web technologies, and industry trends.

  • Knowledge of data feeds and APIs.

  • Excellent problem solving skills for customers' and partners’ issues while consistently providing high levels of customer service

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to utilize effective influencing strategies to gain agreement or commitment to proposed solutions.

  • Interest and aptitude to learn new technical systems and applications.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to follow a large set of procedural guidelines to a very high accuracy level and adjust to changes when required.
