Elastic is seeking a Growth Experimentation Specialist with a strong data and analytics focus to drive growth across the customer lifecycle. You will analyze experiments that improve acquisition, product engagement, activation, retention, and revenue using product telemetry, customer behavior, and use-case performance data. The role partners with Marketing, Product and RevOps to translate insights into high-impact experiments shaping channels, messaging, onboarding, and customer experiences in product. You will design, execute, and evaluate experiments, build dashboards to monitor growth metrics, and document insights to support a scalable experimentation program.

What is The Role We are seeking a Growth Experimentation Specialist with a strong data and analytics focus to drive growth through deep analytical insight across the customer lifecycle. In this role, you will analyze experiments that improve acquisition, product engagement, activation, retention, and revenue by leveraging product telemetry, customer behavior, and use‑case performance data. This role will partner closely with both Marketing, Product and RevOps teams to translate customer insights, product telemetry, and behavioral data into high-impact experiments that shape channels, messaging, onboarding, and customer experiences in product. What You Will Be Doing Funnel analysis and reporting Own deep‑dive analyses across marketing funnel, content, product telemetry, consumption and use‑cases to identify growth opportunities Analyze end‑to‑end product and marketing funnels to surface friction points, drop‑offs, and optimization opportunities Perform use‑case‑level analysis to inform channels, content strategy, messaging, onboarding nurture, and product prioritization Act as a data partner to Marketing and Product, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations Growth experimentation Design, execute, and evaluate experiments across marketing touchpoints and product experiences Develop data‑backed hypotheses grounded in quantitative analysis and business context for growth initiatives such as campaigns and incentives Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor experiment performance and core growth metrics Document insights, experiment results, and best practices to support a scalable experimentation program Tracking and Measurement Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing Operation, Marketing Analytics, and Finance to implement tracking, instrumentation, and integration Define success metrics, ensure statistical rigor, and interpret experiment results What You Bring 3–6+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, growth analytics, product analytics, experimentation, or a related data‑focused role Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying large, complex datasets is required Strong hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, including funnel and behavioral analysis Proficiency in Looker and Tableau for dashboarding, visualization, and insight storytelling Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, segmentation, and trend analysis Experience in SaaS, B2B, or product‑led growth environments is preferred Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies is preferred Familiarity with event‑based tracking and product telemetry is preferred.
