Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and documenting current accounting and reporting processes.
• Support identification of automation opportunities using tools like Power BI, Excel Macros, and AI-based solutions.
• Prepare simple dashboards and reports to visualize data and process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior team members and IT specialists to implement automation initiatives.
• Participate in testing and validating automated solutions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of accounting principles and interest in process optimization.
• Relevant Experience: Minimal experience in accouting and process optimization would be a huge plus.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Excel (including formulas and macros); knowledge of Power BI or willingness to learn.
• Curiosity for AI: Interest in how AI can improve business processes.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Learning Orientation: Eagerness to develop new skills in automation and data analytics.

Salary: 2200 – 3500 eur gross. The final offer will depend on your experience and seniority.
