Your Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data pipelines for various HR data sources
  • Ensure data quality and governance across ingestion and transformation processes
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists and BI developers to enable predictive and prescriptive analytics
  • Support self-service analytics by creating well-structured, documented data models
  • Drive innovation by introducing best practices for scalability, performance and automation
  • Act as a technical advisor for HR data architecture and integration strategies

Your Profile

  • Proficiency in Databricks, with strong skills in Python and PySpark for data engineering
  • Knowledge of data modeling and ETL/ELT processes
  • Experience with cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with HR data domains or willingness to learn quickly
  • Understanding of data governance, security and compliance
  • Experience with DataOps/MLOps, machine learning pipelines and BI integration is welcomed
  • Excellent communication skills (in English) with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
