Join the FP&A Technology team to build and support Power BI reporting, analytics, and automation tools that power global financial planning. You will design data models, build scalable dashboards, resolve data/application issues, and deliver periodic and ad-hoc reporting while collaborating closely with Finance and Technology stakeholders. The role includes optimizing DAX models, automating processes using Power Platform and Python, leveraging AI-enabled tools, and supporting UAT and deployments within an Agile delivery model.

About the Department:

  • The FP&A Technology team builds and supports the reporting, analytics, and automation tools that power global financial planning. The group brings together Finance, Business Intelligence, and Technology professionals who collaborate closely to deliver accurate insights for business decisions. Team members work in a fast‑moving, supportive environment where they gain deep exposure to enterprise‑level financial systems, modern BI tools, and opportunities for technical and career growth.

How You Will Add Value?

Core Responsibilities:

You Will:

  • Manage and support Power BI platforms.

  • Build scalable dashboards and reporting solutions.

  • Resolve data and application issues with Finance and Technology teams.

  • Design data models and transformations.

  • Deliver periodic and ad‑hoc reporting.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics.

  • Optimize DAX models and reusable BI assets.

  • Automate processes using Power Platform and Python.

  • Use AI‑enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency.

Team & Collaboration:

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Prepare requirements, specifications, and test plans.

  • Support UAT and deployment activities.

  • Train and assist end‑users.

  • Operate within an Agile delivery model.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or similar field.

  • 3–6 years in Financial Systems, BI, FP&A, or Analytics.

  • Strong Power BI development expertise.

  • Solid financial and accounting foundation.

  • SQL proficiency; Python preferred.

  • Ability to analyze large datasets.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, OneStream).

  • Knowledge of Power Platform tools.

  • Exposure to AI or advanced analytics.

  • BI security and row‑level security familiarity.

  • Agile/Scrum exposure.

Soft Skills:

  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

  • Ability to work globally and cross‑functionally.

  • Independent and collaborative work style.

  • Continuous improvement mindset.

  • Strong problem‑solving ability.

Job Level - Individual Contributor

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
