The role focuses on producing analytical outputs, coordinating with stakeholders, supporting Agile delivery and implementing improvements using strong Excel and presentation skills.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of PROCESSING -DISPUTE DATA ANALYST.
Principal responsibilities
- Basic analytical experience.
- Experience in business and process analysis/optimization, change initiatives & re-engineering.
- Data driven analysis, i.e. RPHs and SUT, Design and refine the process.
- Project led focus, intaking stakeholder's comment and come up streamline idea, close the gap.
- Produce outputs.
- Champions the benefits and utilization of Agile delivery encouraging the appropriate deployment.
- Supporting and coordinating with relevant teams to meet requirement and timelines.
Requirements
- Strong EXCEL & PPT skillset.
- Continuously look for innovative ways to improve business outcomes and add value to customers/stakeholders/colleagues.
- Strong organizational, time management and planning skills in order to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities.
- Smooth English communications and business written.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
