We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Production Support & Incident Management
  - Serve as the primary escalation point for production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
  - Monitor RDH platform health, proactively identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures.
  - Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Data Ingestion & Integration
  - Oversee and optimize Dataflow pipeline operations for ingesting internal and external reference data.
  - Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all ingestion and distribution channels.
• Data Exposure & Consumption
  - Manage and support data delivery to downstream applications via APIs, SFTP, BigQuery Auth Views, and other supported patterns.
  - Collaborate with consumers to understand requirements and troubleshoot integration issues.
• SQL & Data Analysis
  - Write, optimize, and review complex SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  - Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation as needed to support business and technical requirements.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  - Work closely with engineering, data governance, and business teams to deliver platform enhancements and resolve issues.
  - Document technical processes, support runbooks, and knowledge articles for wider team adoption.
• Continuous Improvement
  - Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within the RDH ecosystem.
  - Stay abreast of GCP advancements and recommend adoption of relevant tools and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Technical Expertise
  - Strong hands-on experience with SQL (BigQuery preferred), including writing and optimizing complex queries.
  - Solid understanding of GCP services, especially BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, and IAM.
  - Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Dataflow, Apache Airflow, Dataflow).
• Production Support
  - Proven track record in L2/L3 production support roles for data platforms or similar environments.
  - Familiarity with incident management, monitoring, and alerting tools.
• Integration & Data Delivery
  - Experience supporting data delivery via APIs, SFTP, and secure data sharing mechanisms.
  - Understanding of authentication, authorization, and data security best practices.
• Soft Skills
  - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Desirable Skills
  - Experience with Python or other scripting languages for automation.
  - Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
  - Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
