The Data Analyst for LGD Data Automation, Methodology & Delivery will drive automation for credit risk data with a focus on cashflow, cover, and asset data. You will manage end-to-end data sourcing, processing, quality assurance and delivery, and continuously refine core data operations, automation, and modelling. You will maintain data requirements, quality frameworks and technical documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and data stability. You will apply machine learning and LLMs to enhance output data and provide explorative modelling environments.
The expected salary for:
- junior position:6 100 - 11 000 PLN
- specialist position: 7 100 - 14 500 PLN
- senior specialist position: 9 600 - 17 000 PLN

Your responsibilities:
- Play a key role in driving our automation ambitions for credit risk data with a focus on cashflow, cover and asset data. This includes a clear mandate to continuously strive towards improvement of our applied methodologies and automation platform
- Manage the end-to-end process from sourcing, processing and manipulation, quality assurance and delivery while taking a pro-active approach to constantly improve and further refine our core processes also across the domains of data operations, automation and modelling
- Maintain data requirements, data quality frameworks, and technical documentation to ensure regulatory compliance, correctness and stability of our credit data processes
- Driving the expansion of the number of automated systems of record and enhance processing efficiency
- Take end-to-end ownership of data deliveries and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the remediation process with a strong delivery mindset
- Apply machine learning and LLM’s to our existing automation platform to further enhance quality of output data as well as providing explorative modelling environments
Information about the team:
As a Data Analyst within LGD Data Automation, Methodology & Delivery team, you will be responsible for sourcing, processing, automating, analyzing, and delivering high-quality credit data. This data is a key input for ING’s global Wholesale Bank Credit Risk models (e.g., AIRB, FIRB, Feeder, IFRS9) and supports various model lifecycle processes such as development, recalibration, and monitoring.
The LGD Data Automation, Methodology & Delivery Product Group is taking full ownership for sourcing, processing, manipulating and delivering high quality LGD Data while being the driving force to develop and expand automation efforts as well as integrating innovation such as AI technology into ING's CR data processes.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Data Scientist I”, "Data Scientist II" or "Data Scientist III"
