The Mission

We Business Intelligence team are responsible for creating and maintaining various reports across different product lines like lending, transaction services or financial markets both for regulatory and non-regulatory purposes.

Your day to day

Even if you’ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office’s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:

  • Help our business teams to get more insights from data. How?

    • work together with our colleagues from Data Lake who are sending us the data from the applications

    • do your thing and ingest that data with SSIS

    • model it and prepare it for reporting with SSAS

    • smartly present it in Power BI or SSRS reports

  • Maintain the existing reports created by your illustrious predecessors:

    • implement optimization mechanisms

    • propose new ways in which data can be presented

    • help with migrations to newer software versions

  • All the above should be done using Visual Studio & Azure DevOps

  • Let’s not forget about risk. Ensure that the data is properly used by enforcing risk rules that keep us safe.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Experience:

    • Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or higher (SSIS and SSAS)

    • OLAP Modelling exposure

    • Experience with data warehouse, data modelling and reports using Microsoft SQL Server

    • Experience in reports presentation using Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI

    • Experience in dealing with large quantities of data (and performance tuning)

    • Experience with pair programming and automated release management

    • Ability to translate requirements

    • Passionate about data insights

    • Experience with Azure DevOps is considered a plus

    • Advanced written and spoken English skills

  • Tech stack/ knowledge:

    • Mandatory: affinity for TECH/IT, Microsoft stack (SSAS, SSIS, SQL, PBI)

Foreign languages: English (advanced) -Mandatory

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an Economic or IT related field
