Join ING's Data Management department as an intern in the Data Operations team for a six-month program starting April 2026. You will help ensure KYC and identification data meet regulatory standards to maintain data quality from onboarding to account closure, gain familiarity with KYC documents and tools, and provide cross-functional operational support to PB, Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking. You will also contribute to improving procedures in line with Group regulations, participate in developing new tools to mitigate risks, and detect data quality issues or operational anomalies. A valid internship agreement is required.
Within the Data Management department, the Data Operations service is responsible for updating the administrative data of individual and corporate customers.
we are seeking an Intern for a 6-month internship beginning in April 2026. Please note that only students who can provide a valid internship agreement (school convention) will be considered.
Your tasks:
·Ensure that the customer's KYC and identification data meet the requirements of current regulatory standards, in order to guarantee good Data Quality from the moment the customer enters into a relationship until the account is closed.
·Be familiar with the bank's KYC documents and tools
·Provide cross-functional operational support to the PB, Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking business lines.
·Participate in improving procedures in line with Group regulations
·Participate in the development of new tools to better cover the Bank's risks.
·Detect administrative anomaly, operational risk or malfunction that could impact the data quality of our file.
Your profile:
Education :
·3+ year degree in Banking/ Finance/ Economics/ Law
·Experience in financial services is a plus
Languages :
·English and French are essential, any other language will be an advantage
Personal skills :

·High degree of flexibility and multitasking.
