Join ING's Data Management team as a Data Operations Intern responsible for maintaining customer data quality and regulatory KYC compliance from onboarding through account lifecycle. This 6-month internship starts February 2026 and requires a valid school internship agreement. You will ensure KYC data meets regulatory standards, gain familiarity with KYC documents and tools, and provide cross-functional support to the PB, Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking business lines. You will also participate in process improvements and tool development to cover the bank's risks, and help detect administrative or data quality issues.
Within the Data Management department, the Data Operations service is responsible for updating the administrative data of individual and corporate customers.
we are seeking an Intern fora 6-month internship beginning in February2026.Please note that only students who can provide a valid internship agreement (school convention) will be considered.
Your tasks:
- Ensure that the customer's KYC and identification data meet the requirements of current regulatory standards, in order to guarantee good Data Quality from the moment the customer enters into a relationship until the account is closed.
- Be familiar with the bank's KYC documents and tools
- Provide cross-functional operational support to the PB, Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking business lines.
- Participate in improving procedures in line with Group regulations
- Participate in the development of new tools to better cover the Bank's risks.
- Detect administrative anomaly, operational risk or malfunction that could impact the data quality of our file.
Your profile:
Education :
- 3+ year degree in Banking/ Finance/ Economics/ Law
- Experience in financial services is a plus
Languages :
- English and French are essential, any other language will be an advantage
