As a Client Data Analyst in Wealth Management group, you will support full-service wealth clients, advisors, and self-directed clients by maintaining and validating critical account data. You will review and approve brokerage account maintenance requests, ensuring compliance with FINRA rules and industry regulations. Operating in a cross-functional and evolving environment, you will leverage risk management and collaborate with key partners. Your role will involve problem-solving, process improvement, and adapting to regulatory changes. Job responsibilities:
- Review and approve brokerage account maintenance service requests in accordance with FINRA rules and industry regulations.
- Support full-service wealth clients, advisors, and self-directed client data and documentation for CWM, JPMS, and PB.
- Leverage risk management mindset to validate client data and governing documentation.
- Support digital brokerage services by processing and accepting or rejecting client service requests.
- Participate in projects, remediation efforts, and pilot programs as needed.
- Research and resolve problems for internal and external clients accurately and promptly.
- Exercise independent judgment in resolving moderate to complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing processes and identifying automation opportunities.
- Adapt to regulatory changes in the investment industry by servicing brokerage accounts.
- Aid in operation control and review procedure updates to maintain best practices.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services, preferably in investment-related roles.
- Collaborate effectively in diverse and inclusive teams.
- Participate in process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Exhibit advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
