Job Summary 

As a Client Screening Analyst within Global Screening Operations, you play a vital role in protecting JPMorgan Chase by identifying and escalating potential compliance risks. You will analyze alerts, investigate anomalies, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements using specialized applications. This position offers the opportunity to innovate, collaborate, and contribute to the firm’s strong control environment.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct searches and gather data across specialized applications to identify anomalies related to sanctions, PEPs, and negative media.
  • Analyze and investigate alerts using standard policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Substantiate opinions and dispositions with thorough documentation.
  • Identify matches to JPMC clientele and escalate cases to Level 2 for further review.
  • Maintain individual and team throughput and quality targets.
  • Communicate effectively within the team to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements with a focus on innovation and strong controls.
  •  

     Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities 

  • 2+ years of experience in Client Screening or KYC.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related disciplines.
  • Strong logical and analytical ability to identify anomalies and adjudicate alerts.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  •  

     Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities 

  • Flexibility to work in any shift as per business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to new assignments and challenges.
  • Focus on innovation and continuous improvement within processes.
  • Work across varied specialized applications (internal and external) to conduct searches, gather data and record evidences,
