Data Operations Analyst on the Limits Team responsible for setting and monitoring trading limits across futures, options, FX, metals, and OTC products. You onboard users and traders, configure trading accounts, and maintain systems while upholding controls and procedures. You will analyze data, build metrics and dashboards with tools like Alteryx, UiPath, and Tableau, and translate findings into practical solutions. The role requires prioritizing requests and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Data Operations Analyst on the Limits Team, you perform foundational data analysis to spot patterns, raise new questions, and shape practical solutions. You collect, validate, and use data, translate requirements into clear outputs, and help build and improve metrics, reports, and dashboards. Your work enables Operations Management to deliver on strategic goals while keeping compliance with controls, policies, and procedures front and center.

 

Job responsibilities:

• Set trading limits for futures, options, currencies, precious metals, and over-the-counter products.

• Onboard users and traders on the relevant exchanges.

• Create and configure trading accounts across different exchanges.

• Maintain systems and monitor limits on internal and external platforms.

• Configure new trading setups for new or existing relationships between clients and executive brokers.

• Collect, organize, and prepare information for analysis and reporting.

• Analyze data to identify issues and support practical, data-backed solutions.

• Use Intelligent Automation tools such as Alteryx, UiPath, and Tableau.

• Contribute to projects and initiatives, and share best practices and lessons learned.

• Assess urgency and prioritize requests effectively.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Advanced English, spoken and written.

• 1+ years of experience using data to solve problems (or equivalent experience).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines when needed.

• Proactive mindset and a desire to learn and grow professionally.

• Intermediate skills with the Microsoft Office suite.

• Availability to work from 11 am to 8 pm.

• Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze complex data and draw accurate conclusions.

• Knowledge of at least one data technology tool and the basics of relational database systems.
